3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all intellectual property rights related to deliverables created by Zylogicx will be transferred to the client after full payment has been received. Zylogicx retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices must be paid within 14 days of the issue date. Late payments may result in additional charges as permitted by applicable laws.

5. Confidentiality

Both Zylogicx and the client agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of a project strictly private. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the project or agreement has ended.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zylogicx shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
